We are a boutique Business & Corporate Strategy Consultancy based in Bristol, UK.
We coach and train, managers, executives, accountants and consultants in Commercial Strategy. We currently have available eight courses.
We also write effective and persuaive Business Plans.
As well as helping companies with developing their strategies, we also undertake business research projects.

Commercial Strategy Courses: Training and Coaching
As a manager or executive, if you are looking to get to the board or the c-suite, you will probably need to understand strategy.
Top managers and executives often have their grounding in the technical aspects of their company’s products rather than any formal training in strategy.
Our courses are presented as a friendly conversation designed to genuinely train the participant in aspects of commercial strategy.
Each of the hourly sessions will involve setting out new material and then discussing it. This is then followed by solving puzzles/problems so that each concept is fully understood.
The relaxed 1-2-1 video meeting environment allows participants to proceed at their own pace and ask whatever questions they want.

Michael Williams
Michael started mawstrategy in 2019 and has recently extended the consultancy to provide tuition in commercial strategy.
Michael obtained his MBA from Edinburgh Business School in 2014 and in his spare time is working towards a doctorate in Business Strategy.
Michael has worked for many SMEs and high-octane start-ups in projects involving Finance, Marketing and Business & Corporate Strategy.
